What a glorious basket is this ‘ONE DAY’!
It is our mighty treasury of DREAMS that navigates us through the density of human experience with a light heart.
Yet, like a good closet cleaning every now and then, it is wise to rummage through ‘ONE DAY’ once in a while and dust off its contents. Take the dreams out for air, examine, tweak and maybe even recycle the odd one for something new.
In the rummaging, we find some dreams that we can gently place back in the basket as sweet wishes for we must leave these ones in the hands of the Cosmos until such a time that they simply ‘arrive’ on wings from heaven. Others require concrete action on our part to set the river of manifestation in motion. These are the dreams that if not tended to, weigh ‘ONE DAY’ down by taking up permanent residence.
If we are not careful, ‘ONE DAY’ becomes larger than the life we are living and the glorious WE that we are diminishes into a singular speck alongside it. We catch ourselves abdicating our point of power in the present by perpetually projecting ourselves into the future - a future that has murky possibilities of manifestation at best for it has not been adequately tended to in the NOW. These dreams, once dreamt are often revisited but never called to action by our own hand.
Dreaming, like anything else in the Cosmos, requires balance. It is a glorious elixir for the human experience. It pushes back the density in our lives by fuelling our passions and opens the door to living graciously from the heart. Yet, we must also recognize that dreaming requires we take an active role in bringing our visions to fruition – otherwise, we end up living in the shadow of a basket named ‘ONE DAY’ - robbed of all the richness life has to offer us in the NOW including the power to manifest our dreams.
So yes, indeed! Dare to dream!
Then, dare yourself again to take action and make your dream come true!
Infinite Blessings,
Shelley Richardson
